Who is responsible

KiwiRank is operated by CrowdReply LLC. Our address is 525 Randall Ave Ste 100, PMB 532, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Contact us about privacy or your account at support@kiwirank.com.

Information we handle

• Account information: your email address, name, account identifiers and authentication information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies basic identity information such as your name, email address and profile image. Google sign-in does not authorize access to your Gmail, Analytics or Search Console.
• Your business and content: the website you enter, information extracted from its public pages, onboarding answers, brand preferences, article topics, drafts, revisions and generated images. You can correct suggested business information.
• Subscription records: your chosen plan, trial and billing status, transaction identifiers and usage allowance. Stripe processes payment details through its hosted checkout and billing portal. KiwiRank does not collect your full card number in its own application.
• Service records: requests, job progress, delivery failures, security and access logs, and feedback you submit. These records help us operate the service, investigate errors and prevent misuse.
• Optional measurement: if you consent and the relevant feature is enabled, website and product events, campaign attribution and masked session recordings. Advertising measurement is a separate choice.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save your settings and work, research your website, generate the content you request, deliver account messages, manage subscriptions and usage, and maintain the security and reliability of KiwiRank. Optional analytics help us understand product use; optional advertising measurement helps us understand which campaigns lead to signups and subscriptions.

Please do not enter passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential information you are not authorized to share into article prompts, business descriptions or feedback.

Services that process information for us

KiwiRank uses Cloudflare for hosting, background processing and file storage; Supabase for account authentication and application data; Resend for authentication email delivery; and Stripe for payment processing. Website research uses ScrapingBee. Article and image generation use Google or OpenAI model services, or Black Forest Labs for images, according to the provider configured for the task. Relevant prompts, business context and research extracts are sent to the provider performing that task.

When enabled with your consent, PostHog processes product analytics and masked session recordings, and Meta receives advertising conversion information. Optional measurement can be disabled using Privacy choices. We also disclose information when needed to comply with applicable legal obligations or protect the service and its users.

Providers may process information in countries different from yours. Their handling of information is subject to their applicable service and privacy terms. You can read the Google privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy.

Cookies, local storage and your choices

Essential browser storage keeps you signed in, saves your setup progress and remembers privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising collection require your consent. Where offered, open Privacy choices in KiwiRank to change or withdraw those choices. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection; it does not undo processing that already occurred.

You can also clear browser storage or sign out. Clearing storage may remove unsaved setup progress and remembered privacy choices.

Your content and retention

We retain account, content and operational information as needed to provide the service, keep your work available, investigate failures and meet applicable legal obligations. Ending generation access or canceling a subscription does not automatically erase your saved articles. You can export your content and contact us to request account or data deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing or legal reasons.

Access, correction and deletion

You can edit available account and business settings in KiwiRank and export your articles. Contact support@kiwirank.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to a portable copy of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

You can remove KiwiRank’s Google sign-in access from your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not delete your KiwiRank account or saved articles; contact us to request deletion.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our practices change and show the revised date. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice through the service or your account contact details.
