How it works for an agency.

The same steps for every client, from the first site to the fiftieth.

  1. Add each client’s website

Paste the domain. KiwiRank reads the site and fills in the business, audience and competitors; you correct anything it got wrong.

  2. KiwiRank runs each one

It plans a month of articles for every site, then researches, writes and illustrates them in that client’s voice.

  3. You see and send the work

See every client on the All websites page and open any one. Read each article, change anything, then publish it, or let Auto-publish send it to the client’s WordPress or Shopify.

  4. You show the client the month

Invite the client to a read-only login in your agency’s look, or download a summary PDF for each site, in the client’s brand or your own logo and colours, “Prepared by” your agency.

Every client gets its own setup.

Each website keeps its own settings, so one client’s articles never sound like another’s.

Publishing
Its own WordPress or Shopify connection.

Every site has its own plan. From 3 sites on one account, every site’s plan is 15% off; from 10, 25% off. It is applied automatically.

Questions from agencies.

Yes. Add each client’s website from the website menu. The All websites page lists every site and flags the ones that need you; open any site from there. Every site has its own settings, articles and plan.

Each website has its own plan: Grow at $99 or Scale at $399 a month, or pay yearly and save 50%. You pay for each site when you start its plan, and you can cancel a site’s plan anytime. See plans.

Only if you want them to. Connect each client’s WordPress or Shopify in that site’s settings. On WordPress, articles arrive as drafts until KiwiRank has checked the first one arrived; after that you choose per site: Auto-publish, Save as draft, or Publish when I say.

Yes. Set a client’s site to Publish when I say and every article waits in KiwiRank, marked Ready, until you publish it. You can change anything before it goes live.

Yes. Each site’s Overview has a Monthly summary: a PDF of that month for the site, in the client’s own brand or, once you add them in Settings, your agency’s logo and colours, with “Prepared by” and your agency’s name. Download it, or have it emailed to your own address, and send it on.

Yes. Invite a client to their own website from Settings › Clients. They sign in to a read-only view in your agency’s logo and colours, with that site’s results and published articles; give them full access and they can also read the articles that are Ready or Scheduled. They see only that one site and can’t change anything.

On what your clients see, yes: their login and each monthly summary carry your agency’s name, logo and colours. The app you work in carries the KiwiRank name, and your own domain isn’t available yet. The articles are written in each client’s voice and published on the client’s own site.

Their domain. KiwiRank reads the site and fills in the business, audience and competitors for you to check. Choose a plan for the site at Checkout and KiwiRank starts writing when the plan starts.
